Courtney was born and raised in Brisbane and has spent her adult life living in the Redlands with her family.Dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly driven, Courtney is often described as dynamic and energetic by everyone she meets. She began her career in direct sales within the telecommunications industry before opening Bloom Beauty Boutique in Biggera Waters. While the business was a great success, the daily commute from Brisbane to the Gold Coast eventually became too demanding. After three years, she decided it was time to sell the business and pursue a career closer to home.Courtney then accepted a role in aged care, where she found the work incredibly rewarding, despite its emotional challenges. She loved building relationships with her clients, and the flexible hours allowed her to spend more time with her young family. After four years, Courtney was ready for a new challenge.
